This design was inspired by a photo taken by Adrian Marcoux, although relaxed riders flying through the air is not an uncommon image in BC. From small hits to huge gaps, mountain biking flips and tricks have permeated free riding culture throughout the province. But I like the perspective of this Image; the feeling of being airborne and simultaneously at ease in the trees, the simple soaring freedom of it. I also like how the massive network of mountain biking trails throughout small (and large) town BC connects a growing family of people who value time in nature. A bit of air can be incredibly grounding!
